Guitar Repair & Services

Quality bench work with clear communication — careful, efficient, and kind service for working musicians, collectors, and first-time players alike. Every instrument is treated like it matters… because it does.

✔ Bench inspection before major work
✔ Market-competitive pricing
✔ Vintage & modern experience
✔ Fast turnaround when possible

Careful & Accurate

We measure the fundamentals (relief, action, nut, intonation, frets, electronics) and make changes that actually solve the problem — not “guess and hope.”

Clear Communication

You’ll know what we found, what we recommend, and why. We’ll always confirm a quote before moving forward on major work.

Efficient Turnaround

We respect your time. If it’s a quick fix, we’ll aim to keep it quick. If it’s complex, we’ll set realistic expectations and keep you updated.

How it works

Simple, structured, and designed to protect both you and the instrument.

  1. 1

    Submit a Request

Tell us what you’re experiencing and what instrument you’re bringing in (or shipping).

  2. 2

    Bench Inspection

We measure and inspect, then send a clear quote before any major work begins.

  3. 3

    Work + QC

Repairs are completed with a final QC check so it leaves playing the way it should.

  4. 4

    Pickup or Ship-Back

Local pickup is easy — and we also support ship-in service nationwide.

Nationwide service (ship your guitar to us)

Not in St. Louis? No problem. We can take your instrument in by shipment, perform the work, and ship it back to you — safely packed and ready to play.

Ship-in intake

Submit the request form and tell us what you’re experiencing. We’ll confirm whether the job is a good fit for shipping, and we’ll outline the cleanest next steps.

Packing guidance

We’ll guide you on safe packing (case + box + padding). If you don’t have the right materials, we’ll tell you what to grab — and what to avoid — so your guitar arrives protected.

Ship-back, dialed

After final QC, we ship it back insured with tracking. You’ll get the same careful bench work and communication as our local customers.

Important: Some repairs (certain structural issues, severe damage, or high-risk vintage cases) may require in-person evaluation. If that’s the case, we’ll tell you upfront — no surprises.
