FAQ
Do you publish your commission rates publicly?
We don’t list exact percentages on the public page because every instrument is different. Consignment is tiered and based on value, demand, and what it takes to sell the piece correctly. All terms are provided in writing before intake.
Who decides the selling price?
We collaborate on a starting ask, then manage pricing strategy based on real-time market feedback. Any guardrails (like a minimum acceptable sale price) are included in the agreement.
Where will my instrument be listed?
We sell through our store channels to reach both local and nationwide buyers. The goal is maximum exposure with consistent, professional presentation.
How long does it take to sell?
It depends on brand, pricing, seasonality, and demand. We’ll give you an honest expectation upfront and keep you updated as the listing performs.
Can I still sell it privately while it’s on consignment?
Consignments are exclusive during the term so we can market confidently and avoid buyer confusion. The agreement spells out the term and return process.
