Buying a guitar — how do I ask questions before I purchase?

What payment methods do you accept?
For U.S. customers, we accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx), PayPal, and bank wire transfers. For any transaction questions, contact nickshandpicked@gmail.com.
How fast do you ship?
Most guitars ship within 48 hours of purchase (business days). If you have a deadline (tour, session, gift), tell us — we’ll do our best to help.
How do you pack guitars?
We detune to relieve tension, secure the guitar in a hardshell case whenever possible, then pack it inside a proper guitar shipping box with protective fill to prevent movement. We take packing seriously — safe arrival is the goal.
Who do you ship with? Is shipping insured?
We ship via UPS or USPS and shipments are fully insured. Free shipping is offered on guitars shipped within the CONUS. If you have special shipping requests, email us before checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, international shipping is not offered. If that changes in the future, we’ll update this page.
Is authenticity guaranteed?
Yes. We guarantee authenticity and accuracy of our descriptions. We don’t do over-hype — we document what’s there and represent the instrument honestly.
Do your guitars come set up and ready to play?
Every guitar is inspected, cleaned, and addressed for basic playability and electronic function. We provide a professional setup before shipment. That said, a final tweak by your local tech is always encouraged to match your exact preferences and local climate.
What is your inspection period?
We offer a 48-hour inspection period starting from tracked delivery. This gives you time to verify the instrument matches the description and arrives safely.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated within the 48-hour inspection period (from tracked delivery). The guitar must be returned in its as-sent condition. We’ll provide a shipping label and ask that it be shipped back in the original box when possible.
We do not charge a restocking fee, but non-refundable processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
