Buying a Guitar
If you are considering a purchase or have questions about any of the items at NHP, please email Nick directly at nickshandpicked@gmail.com or call us at (314) 635-7447. We are typically available daily from 10 AM to 5 PM CST and will get back to you promptly if a voicemail is necessary.

Payment
For customers in the United States, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal and bank wire transfers. Please contact us at nickshandpicked@gmail.com for all transaction inquiries.

Packaging
NHP Guitars are typically packed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. We pay close attention to detail when packing guitars to ensure safe arrival during transit. All guitars are de-tuned to relieve neck tension and are always secured within a hardshell case before being placed in a proper shipping box. We use packing peanuts and bubble wrap to fill in all open spaces, preventing movement during shipping.

Shipping
Guitars from Nick’s are shipped using either UPS or USPS and are always fully insured. Free shipping is offered on all guitars purchased within the CONUS. We accommodate special requests for all shipments—please contact us at nickshandpicked@gmail.com for any questions or concerns.

International
International shipping is currently not offered at NHP Guitars. Thank you for understanding!

Authenticity Guaranteed
We guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of all guitar descriptions. Furthermore, we promise that the item will be exactly as described—no over-hype here!

Playability Guarantee
All guitars that come through Nick's Hand-Picked are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and corrected for any playability and electronic issues. While we encourage a setup from your local tech upon delivery, we provide all guitars with a professional setup before shipment.

Inspection Period
We gladly offer our customers a 48-hour inspection period upon arrival to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the description.

Return Policy
A 48-hour inspection period is provided on all sales, starting from tracked delivery. During this period, you may opt for a return as long as the guitar is sent back in its as-sent condition. We will provide a shipping label and ask that you ship the guitar back to us, ideally in the original box. We do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refundable payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.
