Based on the available information and visual cues, this amp is believed to be from 1965, right in the heart of Fender’s golden-era black panel production. While we have not verified transformer or pot codes for an exact date, everything lines up with mid-’60s spec.

The amp has been professionally serviced and gone through, and is now fitted with fresh tubes, making it fully functional and ready to be played immediately. It sounds exactly how you’d hope—big, open, and unmistakably Fender.

Condition-wise, this example presents in good to very good overall shape for its age. The tolex and hardware show natural wear consistent with a 60-year-old amp, and the tube chart has aged accordingly.

One thing to note: there is a space/opening on the back panel where it appears a modification may have been installed at some point in its life. That component has since been removed, and the amp is currently functioning as it sits with no issues.
